SOMEHOW
With each sorrow
like a seed deep in soil
somehow
we grow.
The rays of light we thought
we’d never see
reach our broken soul
and somehow
we heal.
Perhaps a word of love,
warm touch, a smile
after a long winter the sun
and we realize that
somehow we can
even thrive.
